These terms govern your use of kairosself.com and the Kairos iOS app (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Kairos publishes daily self-affirmations as a calm reading practice. The service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or end at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Use Kairos for personal, non-commercial reading.
• Don't scrape the site at volume or republish the catalog without permission.
• Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't impersonate Kairos.

Sharing

You're welcome to share individual affirmation pages and images. Crediting Kairos with a link to kairosself.com is appreciated. Sharing in screenshots or watermark-bearing images created by the app is fine.

Intellectual property

All written affirmations, the design, and the brand are the property of Kairos. Reproduction at scale, redistribution as your own, or commercial use without written permission are not permitted.

User content (in the app)

Affirmations you write yourself in the iOS app remain yours and stay on your device. We do not claim ownership and we do not upload them.

Disclaimer

Kairos is a reading practice, not a medical or psychological service. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified provider or, in crisis, your local emergency services.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Third-party services

The service integrates with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and Google AdSense. Use of those features is also governed by their respective terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
